One new site today called HolyFile. They have an old games section that looks very promising.
I received an e-mail some time ago from Abandonia stating that they added an old warez (status) search engine to their site. I apologize for not mentioning it earlier. Basically the search engine allows you to enter in the name of a game and it will tell you if it is still sold (and if so, where). It's really refreshing to see new features like this being developed again.
Things are going very well in our scene (except that the pimps at ESA are active again and what happened earlier today). On this beautiful day... well beautiful I don't want to call it because of the damn terrorism once again ; sad, really sad and I hope our abandonware friends that live in or around London are fine.
Let's talk about something that's less important but can be very entertaining too, I'm talking about classic games. The first updated site is 'Abandonia' they have Jinxter for you;...
Another day, and another new site? Yup, I don't know what it is lately but new sites are springing up all the time. Maybe everyone has extra time over the summer months. The new site is VETUSWARE.COM I briefly looked it over and they really caught my eye becase they offer a lot of operating systems and applications along with games.
We also have another large batch of updates as you can see. You will need to check each site to determine what is new as I only got about ~4 hours of sleep...
