Wow, just a handfull of updates today. I'm sure we will see them all come in over the weekend. Lately, I've decided to disolve my C-Corporation and do my own business without any "partners." I've spent the last two days reading through crappy IRS documents, and other state documents trying to determine the best route to take with the new company (sole proporitship *sp*, or S-Corporation) needless to say it's confusing and tiresome. I'm ready for a break, but instead it's off to work for the night while you guys get to sleep.
