I've been trying to figure out the name of a game I played in the mid-to-late 90's for about 8 years now. Yesterday, completely by chance I stumbled upon it.
Remember netWAR? It was a fun multiplayer only shooter with an overhead view. This was back in the days of dialup, and the game never really caught on (the game charged a monthly fee which was unusual back then). It only lasted about two years before the company shut down the servers.
