One of the applicants today was a Hi5 profile. Don't know if it linked back or if it even contained abandonware but the fact is that Hi5 asks for an username and password to view any of its profiles. I don't have a Hi5 user account so no go!

Tjohomp, the weekend is slowly creeping upon us, giving everyone time to share their favourite hobby: playing old games!
Speaking of which; at work I usually listen to some breed of retro radio, featuring alot of titles I've never heard of. The other day this one tune came up, from a game called "Ristar" at the Sega Genesis console. Since the soundtrack was so neat, perhaps the game was worth checking too. The search led me over to the most ingenious site I've seen in a while, http://www.project2612.org a site dedicated only to Sega Genesis/Megadrive VGM soundtracks. To my luck they had the soundtrack from Ristar, (Take a look here).
Furthermore, thanks to various sites and the Fusion "Sega Multi Emulator", the game could be beheld at all it's glory. With its vibrant colors, smooth motion and fun gameplay, this was indeed a scoop.

Ristar is sort of a Sonic clone with its certain twists and features grabbing of items by using Ristar's hands.
Fun and innovative gameplay only Sega knows how to do.

This afternoon the final game for our regional football champioship takes place (yeah, since Brasil is so huge a country, besides the brazilian league and brazilian cup, each state has its particular championship). Grêmio plays Juventude on the second leg. First game was at Juventude's home and Grêmio walked away with a 3x3 draw. Tomorrow's gonna be war!
