Uh oh! Looks like we had a little downtime. When I got home just a few minutes ago I couldn't connect to the website. The ping was good and I could login to the admin area via the IP address so I just restarted apache and all seems to be running smoothly. Sorry about that. I'll see if Plix has any ideas about what caused it and how we can prevent it from happening again.

A late update for Saturday in the early morning hours of Sunday. The weekends when I need to work really throw my schedule off.
I've been feeling like some Hocus Pocus lately, and I think I'm going to get into that shortly. In fact I might have an Apogee day and get back into some of their other classics such as Commander Keen, Duke Nukem, and Secret Agent. I can't think of any other company that released so many great games that I still play today.
While we are on the topic of Apogee/3D Realms I did notice the other day that they released updates to Secret Agent, and Crystal Caves back on October 24, 2005. The updates add XP compatibility to the game... I think it's unheard of for a game company to release updates so many years (15) after the game was originally released. Kudos to 3D Realms for continuing to support the majority of their catalog!
BSOD Gaming and The Thing both updating for us today - well for you, I don't care about updates, its you guys who come to visit the sites and download stuff SO DON'T BLAME IT ON ME I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GO THERE!!!!
