I'd just like to highlight an issue that should apply for all webmasters around. Once your site traffic increases, they are much more likely to get visited by spam-bots that sniff emails to use for spamming. So try to avoid writing your email in clear text. I recommend "less readable" images with your email written there. Much like the one in a previous news item down on the page here. This as an advice to try to keep you all less likely being hit.

Time for a quick visit in here.

First of all, please all greet Just Games Retro, a site both dedicated to DOS games, as well as old console systems before most of you were born. Yep, that's how we like it. Nostalgia never gets old.

So, the update today looks quite rain-fresh, let's see:

Abandonia has two in this update, first one being Sensible World of Soccer, perhaps one of the most obscure and fun soccer-game EVER and Grand Prix Manager 2, a hybrid formula-1 game where you race, manage your team and has a solid gameplay. I fondly remember both these titles from the days, solid stuff.

Muaddib at The Abandonware Blog talks about a guy he ran into over at the Abandonia forums who collects images of original floppy dics that carry abandoned games. I've been on this thought myself once!

Abandonworld has included "Fish Fillets" in this update, which looks like nothing I've seen before. Mostly because I can't figure out a damn thing looking at the screenshots. Is it a bird, a plane or a jumping machine? Dude, you'll have to go figure.

Abandonline adds..woah! Strange stuff indeed. Their current news post, dated September 12th 2007 says their newest game is Microsoft Decathlon, but it's not, it seems to be Protostar: War on the Frontier which is some kind of space conquest game.

We over at The DOS Spirit added Sim City, the first of the city sims that mowed way for other blockbusters, and one of the classics of all time.

Gobliiins Old Games seems to have added 5 quality new games. These being: Dune 2, Prince 2 - The Duel a weird platform game where you battle bosses from the persia-universe it seems, Ugh! *the* stoneage game to play where you control Ugh! who loves to transport people in his rather farfetched wooden manpowered helicopter, History Line: 1914-1918 some kind of war-strategy game and lastly Fatal Fumes a racing game that looks like micro machines.

Just Games Retro adds, it seems, 5 new titles. These being Terminator: Future Shock, Robocop vs Terminator, Life and Death a hospital game, Police Quest: VGA remake and Star Trek: 25th Anniversary.

Reloaded packs a strike with Bowling Blast..you guessed it: a bowling game and Minigolf Maniacs which looks totally wicked!! Everybody loves minigolf, so this game should be included in your daily downloads.
