I'm going to make some nice fajitas.
Maybe you like them to, so here is the recipe.

What you buy.
- 8 wraps/tortillas
- 1 lime
- 400 gr fillet of chicken
- red union (1 or 2)
- 2 peppers (red and yellow would be nice)
- some dried chili flakes
- some dried oregano
- salt, pepper
- some iceberg lettuce (cut)
- some oil

Slice long pieces of peppers, same with the chicken.
Cut the union in long pieces. Make some zest from the lime.
Throw everything (not lettuce and wraps) in a bowl and mix it.
Cut the lime and add the juice also.

Get a grill pan and throw the content of the bowl in it. Just keep it good hot and stir it a bit until the chicken is ok.

Warm the wraps in the micro or in a pan.

Put some sour cream on a wrap. Put some grilled stuff on it. And some lettuce and have a nice fast meal.
