Today I received permission from the author of Magic Maycabs to distribute the registered version of the game. Unfortunately, the game appears to have almost been lost. A Google search only returns one relevant (and working) link to a site that has the shareware game available.

"Magic Maycabs version 1.1 is an action game, in which you take control of a small car. To complete each of the levels, you must collect all the mushrooms and reach the exit block before a monster gets you or you run out of time. For œ5.50, you can buy version 2 of the game, which includes a level editor and more levels. This challenging game requires EGA, a 286 and 200K."
