Bethesda is suing Interplay (do they even exist beyond a website at this point?) over their marketing/selling of the original Fallout games. It sounds like Bethesda will win, as their contract required Interplay to get their permission for advertising/marketing of the older Fallout games (which according to Bethesda Interplay did not do). If you don't have the original Fallout titles now would be the time to get them from a source like gog.com before they are gone (again)!
I feel sorry for "Interplay". The company released such great games in the 80's and 90's, some of my favorites actually. It's too bad they couldn't keep with the market. I expect most of their titles can't be sold anymore as a lot of their stuff which I remember was licensed (Star Trek). If they could continue to sell all of their back-catalog games that they developed and/or published they might have a shot at making a come back. But as they stand now I don't see much hope for them.
