So I wake up this morning to find out that my new 3mb downstream cable service has filled up my 80 gb drive. I'm switching over to DVD-R for my backups which should help to lower the # of CDs I'm constantly making. Although my new hardware has not arrived so I can't start burning them yet. So anyways, I raced over to Comp USA, picked up a new 200 gb drive and then stopped at Best Buy for Christmas presents. I bought a bunch of goodies for everyone I know and Activision Anthology for myself...

Good times. I've been downloading all the old game ISO's I can find lately. And I reached the conclusion that my cable line was too slow. The 1.5 mb's downstream just couldn't bring them in fast enough. So I just changed my service to "Ultralink" which doubled it to 3 mb's (and the cost with it). I'll be playing with it all day, hopefully it can keep up with the massive amount of posters on Usenet.
