Now 3D Realms is stating they are not closing, and have only laid off the DNF development team and ceased production on DNF. Looks like they are just trying to save the Duke Nukem franchise to me - I don't think they are going to hold onto it.

In other news it looks like a Sims 3 build has leaked. The game is coming out in about two weeks, so the version floating around right now might be pretty close to the final build.
